Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Exor MV10 / M-V10 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Pac-Touch products, including obsoleted and phased-out Total-Control parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Modicon product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Pac-Touch such as the PV057TST2DF0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RQPJ1D100S2P manufactured by Total-Control and we are pleased to be able to service most Total-Control systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature QPJMBP201 by Manufacturer Modicon as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has New-Jersey-Machine Brand SA320528B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Maple-Systems such as OMR460A004 equipment made by Maple-Systems have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Maple-Systems products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Maple-Systems" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PG4 made by Eberle as well as the popular PEH603 original spares produced by Mcquay

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NT620SST211BEK by Omron and OMR460A004 spares by Maple-Systems are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NT2SSF123BEV1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Omron.
