Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Exlar IX40-2402-NM-P10-AB4-XH-57372 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Extron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fanuc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Fabenco product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Extron such as the 112210 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A06B0651B213 manufactured by Fanuc and we are pleased to be able to service most Fanuc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A7136 by Manufacturer Fabenco as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Falk Brand 238WBM1A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Facts-Engineering such as F3RTU1 equipment made by Facts-Engineering have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Facts-Engineering products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Facts-Engineering" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available A06B0615B343R made by Fanuc as well as the popular 5J5965 original spares produced by Falk

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 06UCBN2A32A1D by Falk and F3RTU1 spares by Facts-Engineering are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SpirexWind2000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ezio-Selva.
