Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Eriez UN-115-2A-FW Style 9966960 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ati products, including obsoleted and phased-out Allen-bradley parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Rexroth product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ati such as the SR061 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 440EL22BNSM manufactured by Allen-bradley and we are pleased to be able to service most Allen-bradley systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VCP202DUN003PBNNPW by Manufacturer Rexroth as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Allen-bradley Brand 808E1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Vartech such as VT150P04P1CS03 equipment made by Vartech have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Vartech products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Vartech" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 07H997W280E7 made by Baldor as well as the popular XBTGT6330 original spares produced by Schneider

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DSQC661 by Abb and VT150P04P1CS03 spares by Vartech are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VT3W4GA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Keyence.
