Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Erico such as the EPD120240YT spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TS40004004 manufactured by General-Monitors and we are pleased to be able to service most General-Monitors systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FR4501 by Manufacturer Erhardt-+-Leimer as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Futek Brand CSG110 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Faulhaber such as 1516E006SRIE2512 equipment made by Faulhaber have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Faulhaber products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Faulhaber" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 534063 made by Festo as well as the popular 150865 original spares produced by Festo
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the elf50056b5 by Entran and 1516E006SRIE2512 spares by Faulhaber are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 8000SA10 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Foxboro.
