Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Elo ETL104I-8SDA-1-AHS parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Endress-Hauser products, including obsoleted and phased-out El-o-matic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Emerson product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Endress-Hauser such as the FTL200020 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the F0100U manufactured by El-o-matic and we are pleased to be able to service most El-o-matic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 115U2B301BACAA130240 by Manufacturer Emerson as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Emerson-Industrial-Automation Brand 162600304 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Encorp such as 01A0124 equipment made by Encorp have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Encorp products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Encorp" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available HMC made by Emicc as well as the popular MSF045 original spares produced by Emotron

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FTL2600122 by Endress-Hauser and 01A0124 spares by Encorp are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 703A200 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Endevco.
