Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Elo ET1567L-7UWC-1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Grundfos products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sweco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Talyrond-300 product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Grundfos such as the CRN510 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the E02C48051N manufactured by Sweco and we are pleased to be able to service most Sweco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature D2601105 by Manufacturer Talyrond-300 as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Autotech Brand E7RRL101000FE in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ohio-Motor such as D482313X7153 equipment made by Ohio-Motor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ohio-Motor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ohio-Motor" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available CP4100T made by Baldor as well as the popular EM2539T original spares produced by Baldor

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DFT80N4BMG1HR by Sew and D482313X7153 spares by Ohio-Motor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EM3313T Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor.
