Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Elo ET1547L-8CWC-1-G parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Horner products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tosoku parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Gordos-Crouzet product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Horner such as the HE6930IU277G spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HC115 manufactured by Tosoku and we are pleased to be able to service most Tosoku systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GORDOSGRD84130312 by Manufacturer Gordos-Crouzet as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Gemco Brand GEM162 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Nissei such as GFMN15120T40T equipment made by Nissei have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nissei products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nissei" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available IC600KD5510CRS made by General-Electric as well as the popular FP12B4G0ZL original spares produced by Omin-Vision

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GP430XY11ENG by Proface and GFMN15120T40T spares by Nissei are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GT1562VNBAT Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mitsubishi.
