Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Elmwood 3455RC100-239 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Guardstar products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ground parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Honeywell product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Guardstar such as the BS10003015CB spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VW1 manufactured by Ground and we are pleased to be able to service most Ground systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2949 by Manufacturer Honeywell as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Heuft Brand 700001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Fairchild such as T8000 equipment made by Fairchild have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fairchild products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fairchild" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 060A40101TJG made by Honeywell as well as the popular 622EN154RB original spares produced by Honeywell

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 426B018 by Heidenhain and T8000 spares by Fairchild are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RI58O2500ES41KD Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hengstler.
