Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Electric 36B605264AA-A parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Baldor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Eip parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Asea product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Baldor such as the 6467618ER spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 578B05 manufactured by Eip and we are pleased to be able to service most Eip systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3BSE004185R1 by Manufacturer Asea as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Siemens Brand 3RG78424BF01 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Adtran such as 4200663L1 equipment made by Adtran have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Adtran products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Adtran" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 4006L5029G003 made by Ge as well as the popular 6236020 original spares produced by Honeywell

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3HAB61811 by Asea and 4200663L1 spares by Adtran are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 442LRA41530 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-bradley.
