Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Eit CS-2A parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Emerson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Flowline parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Five-Star-Seal product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Emerson such as the SCSLD3 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LP101303LC051001LM10 manufactured by Flowline and we are pleased to be able to service most Flowline systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 8511AA by Manufacturer Five-Star-Seal as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Electro-corp Brand 85004 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Fotoelektrik-Pauly such as PP201102 equipment made by Fotoelektrik-Pauly have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fotoelektrik-Pauly products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fotoelektrik-Pauly" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 95DSS21 made by Fireye as well as the popular GLBF03D16502 original spares produced by Euchner

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PN671 by Festo and PP201102 spares by Fotoelektrik-Pauly are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CTA212K Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Flex-core.
