Efector Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Efector ODC-MPK and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Efector ODC-MPK include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the ODC-MPK if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our ODC-MPK repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Emerson/melltronics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Endress-Hauser parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Electro-craft product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Emerson/melltronics such as the 2324105 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 5BH08A90A1AB041A3 manufactured by Endress-Hauser and we are pleased to be able to service most Endress-Hauser systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 9101748 by Manufacturer Electro-craft as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Elmo Brand 2BH11007AH06 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Electronic-Systems such as 90800566 equipment made by Electronic-Systems have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Electronic-Systems products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Electronic-Systems" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available EUH03 made by Eidos as well as the popular FMP52KKK9 original spares produced by Endress-Hauser
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 716S by Encoder-Products and 90800566 spares by Electronic-Systems are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
