Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Elba-Electric products, including obsoleted and phased-out Electocom parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Electra product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Elba-Electric such as the ESP81154 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 32160044000 manufactured by Electocom and we are pleased to be able to service most Electocom systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 350MH025DFX0001 by Manufacturer Electra as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Ifm Brand IGA2008FRKGIG6060 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Elan such as SRBNARC124 equipment made by Elan have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Elan products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Elan" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ACV600 by Electro-Numerics and SRBNARC124 spares by Elan are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
