Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ims products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ims parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Iko product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ims such as the TM315M spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MDMF1713N manufactured by Ims and we are pleased to be able to service most Ims systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LWLF14B by Manufacturer Iko as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Image-Automation Brand EXP3870 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ifm such as K10035 equipment made by Ifm have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ifm products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ifm" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LWL12BCS by Iko and K10035 spares by Ifm are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
