Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Eectro-craft E19-2 E643 08 013 7222C72 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Electromotorenwerk products, including obsoleted and phased-out Elo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Electroid product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Electromotorenwerk such as the F100L2W spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the E351997 manufactured by Elo and we are pleased to be able to service most Elo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BEC42B1228VH by Manufacturer Electroid as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Elo-matic Brand ELS25 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Elmo such as CELA10100AB1 equipment made by Elmo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Elmo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Elmo" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 107131 made by Elrest as well as the popular M70103400062 original spares produced by Emerson

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 12M020002502 by Electro-flyte and CELA10100AB1 spares by Elmo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 10821B1REVQ10824010 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Electrostat.
