Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Eberhard M1678327-08 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Husky products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ed6026-Module-Edi8639 parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Iai product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Husky such as the eBOX204710NP spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EDI8639 manufactured by Ed6026-Module-Edi8639 and we are pleased to be able to service most Ed6026-Module-Edi8639 systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ECONA100B1P by Manufacturer Iai as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Efector Brand LI5041 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ecci such as MWB126A9 equipment made by Ecci have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ecci products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ecci" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available EK502BIN01BASP31 made by Egi as well as the popular ISEVOP original spares produced by Elan

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 4X415STATIC by Edmund and MWB126A9 spares by Ecci are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FTV183601A12HLG0 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Endress--Hauser.
