Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Eberhard 25rw-b1-c parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Judson-Tc-200 products, including obsoleted and phased-out Edwards parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Ifm product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Judson-Tc-200 such as the TC2TEMP spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the D39580000 manufactured by Edwards and we are pleased to be able to service most Edwards systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IBE2020FB0AIB0016 by Manufacturer Ifm as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Invensys Brand SRD991BQNS6NFMNYVO2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Bosch such as EG2K equipment made by Bosch have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bosch products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bosch" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 70126501 made by Egemin-Automation as well as the popular ASC2S1000 original spares produced by Econolite

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LN520GSP by Ege and EG2K spares by Bosch are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 13000205004REVA1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kofax.
