Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Dynapar 61CAEF-240-A-0-00 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Foxboro products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fisher parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Futek product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Foxboro such as the IDP10AFC01F spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IN10074G022 manufactured by Fisher and we are pleased to be able to service most Fisher systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LCM30025LB by Manufacturer Futek as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Gefran Brand CMK10MFS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Dynisco such as 100240VAC equipment made by Dynisco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dynisco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dynisco" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PMC712ECR80 made by Endress as well as the popular RI58O5000AS41RB original spares produced by Hengstler

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PMP71RBC1HB by Endress-Hauser and 100240VAC spares by Dynisco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BTL02EY Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Balluff.
