Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Futec such as the FS51071 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 40RB32AA manufactured by Furnas and we are pleased to be able to service most Furnas systems and parts. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Giddings--Lewis Brand M30001064 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Furnas such as A3500009T32203 equipment made by Furnas have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Furnas products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Furnas" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available A16B2000006205c made by Fanuc as well as the popular 14BF32AC original spares produced by Furnas
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 100253103 by Gammametrics and A3500009T32203 spares by Furnas are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DMC1822 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Galil.
