Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A1SD70 manufactured by Mitsubishi and we are pleased to be able to service most Mitsubishi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IC610CCM105D by Manufacturer Fanuc as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Greenleaf Brand 2001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Num such as 0204201926J equipment made by Num have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Num products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Num" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available ADA02A made by Fanuc as well as the popular CPM1A20CDRDV1 original spares produced by Omron
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RMA02232DC024050 by Indramat and 0204201926J spares by Num are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AL120 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fylynn.
