Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Duff-norton TMPD6404-6, TMPD64046, TMPD, 64046, TMP parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Toshiba products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tolomatic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Toolex product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Toshiba such as the AND23Z2W10012SR7AND2G12N2K2333A02 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BC410GPSM624840 manufactured by Tolomatic and we are pleased to be able to service most Tolomatic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 19168 by Manufacturer Toolex as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Torque Brand T1102M0100 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Togami-Electric such as PAK6H equipment made by Togami-Electric have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Togami-Electric products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Togami-Electric" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available ECY1A25 made by Tokimec as well as the popular BU927F original spares produced by Toshiba

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ESB165L by Toshiba and PAK6H spares by Togami-Electric are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original F0031452 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Toshiba.
