Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Dodge P2B-SCAH-115-FF parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Dunham-bush products, including obsoleted and phased-out Falk parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Electroid product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Dunham-bush such as the 053774A4053774B1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 739978 manufactured by Falk and we are pleased to be able to service most Falk systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 25FSB240101012V by Manufacturer Electroid as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Fafnir Brand 2MM205WIDUL in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Electron such as 6J450SH equipment made by Electron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Electron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Electron" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 2027EBAZ316A8 made by Falk as well as the popular FAF37DT71D4MM03C original spares produced by Eurodrive

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 62234 by Ex-cell-o and 6J450SH spares by Electron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 115J04A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Falk.
