Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Dodge M85014KGA184DM4A-17.1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Dodge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fag parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Shimpo product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Dodge such as the MR94762K1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RNA4834 manufactured by Fag and we are pleased to be able to service most Fag systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RXM400 by Manufacturer Shimpo as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Reliance Brand P56X1534R in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sealmaster such as MP27 equipment made by Sealmaster have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sealmaster products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sealmaster" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available RFWA752100S7B563 made by Boston as well as the popular MM9310W12 original spares produced by Fafnir

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PG220010 by Bayside and MP27 spares by Sealmaster are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PRO102 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Motovario.
