Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Dodge F4S-IP-17R parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Dyna-Quip products, including obsoleted and phased-out Duff-norton parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Dynapar product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Dyna-Quip such as the drainmaster spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LM980912 manufactured by Duff-norton and we are pleased to be able to service most Duff-norton systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature H58100011113009 by Manufacturer Dynapar as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Dresser Brand 254280 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Dynamics such as H25F051D2K1024Z424 equipment made by Dynamics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dynamics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dynamics" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available HS20080085442PS made by Dynapar as well as the popular M25003 original spares produced by Duff-norton

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LM180210 by Duff-norton and H25F051D2K1024Z424 spares by Dynamics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
