Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Divelbiss DCPM-10105 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Proface products, including obsoleted and phased-out Gordos-Crouzet parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Keba product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Proface such as the GPH70SC1124V spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GORDOSGRD84130312 manufactured by Gordos-Crouzet and we are pleased to be able to service most Gordos-Crouzet systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ECONCC100A22178 by Manufacturer Keba as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Ge Brand IC660ELB906R in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ge such as IC646TRT000D equipment made by Ge have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ge products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ge" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available GL350000 made by Red-Lion as well as the popular GSL05TL7K original spares produced by Patlite

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FB150FUILJB by Flatman and IC646TRT000D spares by Ge are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HELX300C100AA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Horner.
