Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Diamond 343891-1046C parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Dilo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dietrich-Standard parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Ditek product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Dilo such as the 3036R050 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 5003A2B2B0A02E manufactured by Dietrich-Standard and we are pleased to be able to service most Dietrich-Standard systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 164522 by Manufacturer Ditek as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Diamond Brand SAPPHIREMM in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Fisher-Rosemount such as 1151GP5S22B3D2L4M1 equipment made by Fisher-Rosemount have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 702374106 by Digital and 1151GP5S22B3D2L4M1 spares by Fisher-Rosemount are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
