Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Deutsch G370050S1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Tyco products, including obsoleted and phased-out General-Electric parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Gould product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Tyco such as the DH14AT spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IC3603A177AH9 manufactured by General-Electric and we are pleased to be able to service most General-Electric systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ASB840108 by Manufacturer Gould as well.

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IFC53B1AOR12IFC53B1A by Ge and LL26AAK12 spares by Deutsch are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MBP11K208 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Eaton.
