Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Deutronic DBL120014B parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Drexelbrook products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dynamic-Sealing-Technologies parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Dolan-jenner product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Drexelbrook such as the 506300000N00 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LT21121R manufactured by Dynamic-Sealing-Technologies and we are pleased to be able to service most Dynamic-Sealing-Technologies systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A14 by Manufacturer Dolan-jenner as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Dolan-Jenner Brand SS5500 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Duff-norton such as MCABB00DD009B equipment made by Duff-norton have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Duff-norton products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Duff-norton" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 7L10B101000 made by Dynamics-Research as well as the popular POVTE200 original spares produced by Druck

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LB4A070HBL03 by Dynamics-Research-Corp and MCABB00DD009B spares by Duff-norton are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original D0014S17 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Duff-norton.
