Destaco Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Destaco RPL-2 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Destaco RPL-2 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the RPL-2 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our RPL-2 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Spare units by Destaco such as KFNRTP200 equipment made by Destaco have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AP9201D6AFV199D by Digi and KFNRTP200 spares by Destaco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
