Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Denison T6E-052-3R-00-C1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Dinema products, including obsoleted and phased-out Amatrol parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Digital-Design product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Dinema such as the PCB802E spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 23011revC23015 manufactured by Amatrol and we are pleased to be able to service most Amatrol systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature C21001 by Manufacturer Digital-Design as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Denso Brand 410985411RC7MHSG4BABP in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Dina such as DNDSM equipment made by Dina have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dina products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dina" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PC505PC506 made by Digital-Technologies as well as the popular 615030802 original spares produced by Diagraph

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 500630 by Dimetix and DNDSM spares by Dina are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DF5PW Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Smc.
