Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Del-tron NBT2065A parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Det-Tronics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Duff-Norton parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Dostek product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Det-Tronics such as the EQ730DW spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M01M1AIII300LTr14x4b manufactured by Duff-Norton and we are pleased to be able to service most Duff-Norton systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 440A by Manufacturer Dostek as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Domnick-Hunter Brand P030AO in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Di-Reno such as 2A1494 equipment made by Di-Reno have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Di-Reno products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Di-Reno" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 77358A12 made by Dmg-Mori as well as the popular 2009292 original spares produced by Dezurik

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DBL120014B by Deutronic and 2A1494 spares by Di-Reno are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DTG2403D Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ditek.
