Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Dover-Flexo-Electronics such as the UPBH2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 77358A7 manufactured by Dmg-Mori and we are pleased to be able to service most Dmg-Mori systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VFD550B43C by Manufacturer Delta as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has D-link Brand DWS316024PC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Deublin such as H7190C20702 equipment made by Deublin have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Deublin products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Deublin" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PIRECLA4A2W1 made by Det-tronics as well as the popular Dcode original spares produced by Denecke-Inc.
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the P2BS2111R by Dodge and H7190C20702 spares by Deublin are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
