Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Gec-Alsthom such as the HPH11 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HCUSF43 manufactured by Mitsubishi and we are pleased to be able to service most Mitsubishi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HD20112 by Manufacturer Mitsubishi as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Demag Brand KBA80A4 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Vexta such as KXSM5150HG1BL equipment made by Vexta have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Vexta products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Vexta" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available HD81B12S made by Mitsubishi as well as the popular HA40CBS original spares produced by Mitsubishi
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the K202AG0560MT10 by Stober and KXSM5150HG1BL spares by Vexta are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original JM3120 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor.
