Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Datalogic DS2100-2000 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Euchner products, including obsoleted and phased-out Det-tronics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Fireye product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Euchner such as the PSD2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PIR9400A3L00 manufactured by Det-tronics and we are pleased to be able to service most Det-tronics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 6022071 by Manufacturer Fireye as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Encoder Brand 72512800OC1FNEY in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Dynisco such as PT422A10M2618T47 equipment made by Dynisco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dynisco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dynisco" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available HA5260400A340 made by Dynapar as well as the popular HEC4N100 original spares produced by Hansen

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HS35120082331 by Dynapar and PT422A10M2618T47 spares by Dynisco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 540MR Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dvt.
