Data Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Data X-SERIES and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Data X-SERIES include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the X-SERIES if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our X-SERIES repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Gems products, including obsoleted and phased-out Hanna parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Datalogic product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Gems such as the 1200RGG5002B3UA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 943500 manufactured by Hanna and we are pleased to be able to service most Hanna systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DataVS208REPRO by Manufacturer Datalogic as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Dynapar Brand M050239 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Druck such as RTX1000H equipment made by Druck have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Druck products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Druck" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available A20B2902041202 made by Fanuc as well as the popular A8600320T011 original spares produced by Fanuc
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SPX228 by Dynisco and RTX1000H spares by Druck are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SS7B351PDO Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dolan-jenner.
