Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Datalogic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Datricon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 David-Brown product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Datalogic such as the HS200LR spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ms128 manufactured by Datricon and we are pleased to be able to service most Datricon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M062045BANQ by Manufacturer David-Brown as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Dayton Brand 4Z730C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Dazic such as 21221 equipment made by Dazic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dazic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dazic" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available LRB3605SD01 made by Datametrics as well as the popular 260591002 original spares produced by Data-Products
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the H7894MA by Dec and 21221 spares by Dazic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 5N776 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dayton.
