Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Daheng DH-HV1351UM-M parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Moeller products, including obsoleted and phased-out Diaphragm parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Tyco product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Moeller such as the DIALOCBA4DIUC4DOR spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the R1799 manufactured by Diaphragm and we are pleased to be able to service most Diaphragm systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 10170015 by Manufacturer Tyco as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Documation-Inc Brand 40061905 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Dodge such as 20Q50L56 equipment made by Dodge have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dodge products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dodge" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available D4SS16T made by Direct-Logic as well as the popular VHR2000 original spares produced by Digital-Vision-Technologies

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CBH7027T by Dodge and 20Q50L56 spares by Dodge are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
