Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Cutler-hammer 5785K-AC parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Dayton products, including obsoleted and phased-out Danaher parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Dayton product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Dayton such as the 1D186 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 83Y05360A manufactured by Danaher and we are pleased to be able to service most Danaher systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 119192 by Manufacturer Dayton as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Dayton Brand 119171 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Daishin-Flotron such as DF70 equipment made by Daishin-Flotron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Daishin-Flotron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Daishin-Flotron" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available HA5250360053129 made by Danaher as well as the popular 5785KAC original spares produced by Cutler-hammer

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the POWERSCAN by Datalogic and DF70 spares by Daishin-Flotron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 96031 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dayton.
