Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Ctc PS10-3H2-DD3-AD3 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Broadley-james products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pepperl--Fuchs parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Plus-Controls product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Broadley-james such as the S400RT33HE15FF spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the WCS3BLS310Y244234 manufactured by Pepperl--Fuchs and we are pleased to be able to service most Pepperl--Fuchs systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PS401110P16G by Manufacturer Plus-Controls as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Mighty-Viper Brand VT8 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Mitsubishi such as TR120S9C equipment made by Mitsubishi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mitsubishi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mitsubishi" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VT3V7 by Keyence and TR120S9C spares by Mitsubishi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TET4 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Matre-Maskin.
