Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Ctc PS10-3H2-DD3-AD3 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Stanley products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cherry parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Taylor product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Stanley such as the Q4001NGAMMA21A101501 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the W424105BG010005A manufactured by Cherry and we are pleased to be able to service most Cherry systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature X1700RZ14004ACP850556 by Manufacturer Taylor as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Mighty-Viper Brand VT8 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Computerwise such as tt500 equipment made by Computerwise have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the QAO074600 by Iss.1 and tt500 spares by Computerwise are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VT20BCB2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Vartech.
