Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Crouse-hinds AFA10 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Dynamatic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Eaton parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Eaton product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Dynamatic such as the 29L11D13625UU spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HVX040A22A1N1 manufactured by Eaton and we are pleased to be able to service most Eaton systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HVX050A22A1N1 by Manufacturer Eaton as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Cutler-Hammer Brand 721003950001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Delta such as DSO125292DP3R06033 equipment made by Delta have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Delta products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Delta" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 32J579 made by Dayton as well as the popular VF5148HG50 original spares produced by Drivecon

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SCS2 by Emerson and DSO125292DP3R06033 spares by Delta are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VFD150B43A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Delta.
