Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Datalogic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Electro-sensors parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Fisher product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Datalogic such as the MX4000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the J03229509 manufactured by Electro-sensors and we are pleased to be able to service most Electro-sensors systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature B0011106 by Manufacturer Fisher as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Fanuc Brand A16B2203008001A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Fischer such as P5252 equipment made by Fischer have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fischer products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fischer" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 80303A made by Gigatronics as well as the popular HS35010080442 original spares produced by Dynapar
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RIA45 by Endress and P5252 spares by Fischer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
