Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Cosel PAA150F-24 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Croschopp products, including obsoleted and phased-out Crouzet parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Siemens product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Croschopp such as the 2797266 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 84871030 manufactured by Crouzet and we are pleased to be able to service most Crouzet systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 6ES73162AG000AB06ES79511KH000AA0 by Manufacturer Siemens as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Ctc Brand AAB40001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Crouzet such as SA12 equipment made by Crouzet have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Crouzet products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Crouzet" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available CQ2J2CD000J1000 made by Barber-Colman as well as the popular MPCM5W original spares produced by Crestron

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 100E4896F6 by Crane and SA12 spares by Crouzet are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 942672 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Curtis.
