Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Cortex-Controllers products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ctc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Cumatronics product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Cortex-Controllers such as the IQ115 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6210900 manufactured by Ctc and we are pleased to be able to service most Ctc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 101804 by Manufacturer Cumatronics as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Crouzet Brand 80547 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Couzet-Gordos such as DR0DC24 equipment made by Couzet-Gordos have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Couzet-Gordos products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Couzet-Gordos" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 285B459 made by Crisplant as well as the popular MPM1141R1190 original spares produced by Custom-Servo
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PC1291088 by Creonics and DR0DC24 spares by Couzet-Gordos are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PBA300F5 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cosel.
