Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Control EP206-P00-ENR0 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Csi-Controls products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cranemate parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Csa-Medical product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Csi-Controls such as the PRI107520 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 535c00089 manufactured by Cranemate and we are pleased to be able to service most Cranemate systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RD2NAM by Manufacturer Csa-Medical as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Cutler-Hammer Brand 371D266G02 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ctc such as IPC15T2DX4H equipment made by Ctc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ctc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ctc" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 10316H187C made by Cutler-Hammer as well as the popular PX152T4WFACD3 original spares produced by Ctc-Parker

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M40005500030A10101AB100 by Control and IPC15T2DX4H spares by Ctc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
