Conoflow Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Conoflow GC31 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Copley products, including obsoleted and phased-out Copley parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Custom-Servo-Motors product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Copley such as the 80202 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the XML manufactured by Copley and we are pleased to be able to service most Copley systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MPA25SIN by Manufacturer Custom-Servo-Motors as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Cutler-Hammer Brand DH361NDKW in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Crown-Controls such as 8625 equipment made by Crown-Controls have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Crown-Controls products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Crown-Controls" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 37PKHXPM3000 made by Cutler-Hammer as well as the popular ACB11S20 original spares produced by Controls-Service
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 32001740 by Contrex and 8625 spares by Crown-Controls are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NDC312T33W Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cutler-Hammer.
