Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Comau GSX40-0602-FA2-238-XT-27728 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Square-D products, including obsoleted and phased-out Novax-Industries parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Allen-bradley product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Square-D such as the MJA36350 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MD267F manufactured by Novax-Industries and we are pleased to be able to service most Novax-Industries systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MEAF8NX8 by Manufacturer Allen-bradley as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Dekolink Brand MWCBDASMR1W80A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Prosoft such as MVI94MCM equipment made by Prosoft have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Prosoft products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Prosoft" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available HVL950FB0000 made by Microswitch as well as the popular IS100ENIS220EN original spares produced by Toshiba

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IS200VCRCH1B by Electric and MVI94MCM spares by Prosoft are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IN569 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fanuc.
