Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Cleveland MT3528-492CF / 401-101-4 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Cloos products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ccs parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Cognex product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Cloos such as the 4500264821 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LSS2404 manufactured by Ccs and we are pleased to be able to service most Ccs systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DM262XMAX by Manufacturer Cognex as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Cleveland Brand 2120T0000000TAABF in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Cognex such as 82100241RB equipment made by Cognex have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cognex products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cognex" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 80057401REVS made by Cognex as well as the popular 40570BCM5000CBCC0 original spares produced by Cleveland

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the I300016032200 by Coherent and 82100241RB spares by Cognex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ISM111000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cognex.
