Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Control such as the SKCD200220 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the P6S530 manufactured by Computechnic and we are pleased to be able to service most Computechnic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IS2000LAB by Manufacturer Cognex as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Cognex Brand IS541100 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Compact-Automation such as 641B5462 equipment made by Compact-Automation have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Compact-Automation products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Compact-Automation" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MP48160002 made by Colman as well as the popular IS8402MDEMO original spares produced by Cognex
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 82504081R by Cognex and 641B5462 spares by Compact-Automation are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
