Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Cincinnati 3-542-1060A parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Dynapar products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cognex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Cmc product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Dynapar such as the 437658 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 82502211RK manufactured by Cognex and we are pleased to be able to service most Cognex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 546D500 by Manufacturer Cmc as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Cleveland Brand MWP126620 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ckd such as FL109113 equipment made by Ckd have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ckd products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ckd" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 5411 made by Cognex as well as the popular 2702160 original spares produced by Cisco

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MT2130230AF4011005 by Cleveland and FL109113 spares by Ckd are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original InSight101080057491RevS Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cognex.
