Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Applied-Materials products, including obsoleted and phased-out Texas-Instruments parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 B--R-Automation product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Applied-Materials such as the 678617 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 5005032 manufactured by Texas-Instruments and we are pleased to be able to service most Texas-Instruments systems and parts. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Heidenhain Brand Ern13872048z9 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Hydac such as 846KG6000004 equipment made by Hydac have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
