Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Zf-friedrichshafen such as the 4161071016 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 526EZ306A5 manufactured by Falk and we are pleased to be able to service most Falk systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 41774WVS by Manufacturer Automatic as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Tokai Brand 5KBD553 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Rexnord such as 40FT equipment made by Rexnord have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rexnord products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rexnord" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 56C140TC made by Winsmith as well as the popular 55VP2240 original spares produced by Gates
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 71330J by Boston and 40FT spares by Rexnord are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 65V1320 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Goodyear.
